Exodus prides itself that is has a strong team of service managers that are always on hand to our partners and their clients for pre and post installation phase. We have never placed time or cost constraints on any of its post sales operations; including servicing sites on weekends to minimise the disruptions to the client's working hours.
We work closely with our customers to ensure there is a smooth functioning. Regular client chats continue to take place to ensure that the system is working as required. We discuss points such as - Could it work better? What are the future requirements? ..and also initiate discussions to update clients on the new products and technologies that are available.
Post sales are continuous, and not just restricted to the installations done by us in the past. Many partners approach us for supporting potential client's sites that have become obsolete and need an upgrade...or even sites that have developed snags and are not being supported by the previous integrator.
Our alignment with OEMs ensures that we get the best and immediate support for any products issues. Apart from the equipment inventory reserved for our AMC support, being a distributor gives us an added advantage of always having adequate stocks to support any equipment failures.
